Scripture: John 21:1-19
The disciples, in the mystery and uncertainty of the days after the ressurection, find themselves drawn back to what they knew: their old lives of fishing. Yet Jesus appears to them, offers them a more filling meal than what has been, and calls them into what will be. For us as the church, if we sometimes fall into meals which close us in… how can we instead find ourselves nourished to go and feed others?
