We raise loud “hosannas” of praise and prayer as we remember Jesus’s entry into Jerusalem.
Maundy Thursday, April 6: 7:00pm, Worship with Communion and Service of Tenebrae.
We remember the last night and day of Jesus’s life, sharing the story and the meal of the Last Supper, and Tenebrae (a service of shadows): a time of candles and dimming light as we tell of Jesus’s arrest, trial, and death.
Friday, April 7: 6:00am to 6:00pm, Good Friday Vigil and Labyrinth Walk
We hold tender space and quiet in the grief of what is lost, and the possibility of what will yet be in God’s love and power. Come and enjoy a time of silence, either in meditation in the sanctuary, or in walking a simple labyrinth in our Fellowship Hall.
