The Foreside Community Church believes that we are all ministers entrusted with the responsibility to minister to one another, and to that end encourages communication and collaboration between its Pastorate, Council, Ministries, Officers and committees.

The Council (of Ministries) is the decision-making body of the church, and is made up of the pastor, the Council Chair(s), the Church Clerk, and representatives of each of the five ministries: Ministries of Worship, Stewardship, Fellowship, Outreach and Education.

The work of the church is governed and led by all six of these groups.
Each ministry as well as the Council meets once a month.
